By using vantus.dev or engaging Vantus for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Vantus builds websites and AI-driven lead-response systems for local businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for paid work are agreed separately with each client, in writing or by email, before work begins.

If you opt in through our chat widget, you agree to receive SMS and calls from Vantus related to your inquiry or services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Paid plans are billed monthly and run month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. You can cancel at any time; you keep the site, domain, and content built for you.

Once paid in full, you own the website, code, and content we build for you. We retain no rights to reuse your specific branded materials for other clients.

We build and maintain systems designed to capture and respond to leads. We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or revenue outcomes — results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and your business operations.

To the extent permitted by law, Vantus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
