Vantus ("we," "us," "our") builds websites and lead-response systems for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through vantus.dev and our chat widget, and how we use it. Contact: ianfleming@vantus.dev.

When you use our chat widget, book a call, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We do not collect information through any other form on this site.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and — if you opt in — to send you SMS text messages and calls related to your inquiry, appointments, or our services.

By providing your phone number and opting in via our chat widget, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Vantus. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to provide the messaging service itself (e.g., our SMS platform provider).

We use third-party providers to operate our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM, chat widget, and SMS/voice delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and Google Calendar (call scheduling). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

We retain your information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing ianfleming@vantus.dev. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
